School of Management

TransStadia University School of Management aims to develop insightful leaders of tomorrow, by educating and training young minds that can advance the ideas of management through innovation and entrepreneurship. An overt aim of the pedagogical initiatives within the School of Management is to ensure a blended and hands-on approach to learning, borrowing when necessary, from all the other disciplines being offered at the University. The program curricula are designed such that students from one discipline are not limited by their major of study. Students graduating from TSU School of Management shall emerge as managers and leaders with a perspective different from any other due to their exposure to varied subjects and streams of education through their 3 years at the University. Each subject has been specifically curated to enable a student to develop holistically while learning from their professors as well as their peers from different education streams.

Program Structure

As part of this program, students will opt for 8 courses each semester which will comprise:

• - 6 school-specific courses
• - 1 blended elective
• - 1 value-added elective
• - Additionally, students will be required to undergo a summer internship at the end of the 4th Semester. In the 6th Semester, students can select Research Project Work and/or regular semester courses.
